Lessons learned this week.

1.) Knitting with 4 double-pointed needles is manageable. Knitting with 5 double-pointed needles is like wrestling an octopus. 2.) Knitting after three drinks is not recommended. Garter stitch becomes much more challenging than it should be. 3.) It is possible to knit while on public transit. You don't even get funny looks. Maybe that's just because there are so many weirder things to look at while on the bus. 4.) Funny things happen when you keep your notions in an old breathmint container. "Can I have one?" "Well, only if you like chewing on little plastic rings." "Oh, never mind".
